1. Overview & Guest Shopping
By browsing or purchasing from Present Panic, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our store is designed exclusively for seamless guest shopping without mandatory customer account registration.
You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal guardian authorization to complete commercial transactions on this site.
2. Product Information & Pricing
All catalog details, descriptions, inventory quantities, and pricing are retrieved directly from our Shopify merchant catalog in real time. We make every effort to display true item colors and dimensions accurately.
Prices are quoted in USD unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to correct genuine typographical pricing errors or discontinue items when raw materials or stock run out.
3. Personalized & Custom Gifts
For products that offer custom engraving, monograms, or custom text:
- Spelling Accuracy: You are responsible for the exact spelling, capitalization, and punctuation entered into the personalization fields. Our studio engraves exactly what is submitted in your order properties.
- Production Time: Custom items undergo hand inspection and individualized crafting, typically requiring 2–4 business days before carrier dispatch.
- Modifications Window: If you notice an error in your submitted name or dedication, contact support@presentpanic.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once engraving has commenced, changes cannot be accommodated.
4. Payments & Checkout Security
All order transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-DSS compliant checkout. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Present Panic does not store payment cards or financial credentials.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Transit
Orders are dispatched with tracked delivery carriers. We provide estimated delivery dates in good faith; however, carrier delays caused by extreme weather, customs procedures, or regional carrier logistics are outside our direct control.

6. Returns & Warranty
Standard non-personalized gifts may be returned within 30 days of arrival in original packaging. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete details regarding non-personalized items and our transit damage guarantee.
