Present Panic is designed as a guest-first commerce experience. We do not require or operate user accounts or customer login portals.
When you place a guest order, we collect only the necessary information required to fulfill your purchase and provide delivery tracking:
- Recipient Details: Name, delivery shipping address, and phone number for delivery couriers.
- Contact Email: Used strictly to send automated order receipts, personalization confirmations, and dispatch tracking links.
- Customization Text: Any personalization, name, or dedication message you type for custom-crafted items.
2. Payment Security & Shopify Infrastructure
All payment card transactions and checkout processes are executed directly by Shopify on level-1 PCI-DSS compliant secure infrastructure.
Present Panic never captures, receives, or stores credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full banking credentials on our web servers. Payments are encrypted end-to-end using industry-standard TLS encryption.
3. Local Storage & Essential Cookies
We use browser local storage solely to preserve your active shopping bag identifier (present_panic_shopify_cart_id). This ensures your selected items and custom engraving details remain saved as you navigate between product pages.
We do not sell customer personal data to third-party data brokers or marketing aggregators.

You may request confirmation of any order data associated with your email address or request deletion of order communications by contacting our privacy coordinator at privacy@presentpanic.com.
